Back from Lake Como & still flying. Resistance was futile – I’ve never been so glad I went somewhere. All of the practitioners I saw were beautiful, gifted & very generous of themselves – I spent most of the weekend simply full of gratitude that I discovered NSA at all & that I’m not still living in the same ‘reality’ that was mine pre September 17th last year. I’m not really sure what’s happened or how – more about that when I’ve figured it out, maybe. I do have a better understanding of it, now that I’ve heard Donny speak, but seeing as the idea is to be more in my heart & less in my Aquarian mind, I’m not trying too hard.

I had an email from someone saying how lucky I was to have a gang to play with – how right they are! Sharing this experience with Andy, Kate, Mel & Rick has been a privilege & the journey is far from over!! I mostly ate radicchio & tomatoes over the weekend, so next time I’ll know better what to take: knives, juicers, blenders, kettles + grinders – just kiddin’. But I will be taking a teapot, cayenne pepper & far more chocolate (somehow, I dramatically underestimated my daily requirements – thankfully I had an abundant amount of almost the-best-ever to come home to) – a guide to how to make Raw work in an Italian hotel will be forthcoming (again, just kidding)..
