[Oops. A little out of date: It's hard to keep up on the road with no wifi..]
Denver Colorado. At last – one of the remaining places I knew I really had to visit. I have listened to John Denver since conception, and he holds a special place in our family history, so though cheesy it may be, it was exciting to be in the Rocky Mountains! The Transformational Gate was extraordinary & good timing considering the last month or so. Donny Epstein & his talented staff are truly working magic..
I woke up transformed on the Monday morning, not knowing where I would go that day, to an email from Mihai offering coconuts. Need I say more? We hung out with Athena & Robert in Boulder & picked greens from their sumptuous garden! Mihai makes the most delicious cinnamon rolls – I shall not be asking for the recipe – be far too dangerous!!
Then I headed West through the mountains to Utah. The change in land & affluence between Vail and Utah was significant. Pebbles, the cashier at Thompson Springs gas station is my age, but looked 50 – with 3 stained teeth, she’s living in a ghost town. Utah felt good. I found a green juice in Moab. There’s a great vibe in that town – kinda like a dust-blown Glastonbury – endless visitors to ancient Spiritual land.
I spent a hot & steamy night in Tuscon (after the ostrich visit) with Ashley, Sequoia and Fun Yung Moon, before the most amazing Love Your Liver retreat @ Eden Hot Springs.
Today = Raw Spirit Fest begins!! It’s very very hot in Arizona – the 4000 ft drop in elevation crunked the water bottles in the car & left me gasping for breath…
This year’s Shopping Freeze is officially over – really, does anyone bring all the right things with them when they travel? 8 months without buying new clothes, shoes or bags and it felt good. Then I discovered Free People & my lust for adornment was reignited; my favourite back-of-cab advert - Bonobos Pants For Real Guys: we all like good tush.. Emily Rutherford has made a great free Raw Restaurant guide. And here’s one I made earlier sukis-raw-ny; Blueprint Cleanse looks great; My latest Flickr Sets are always streaming at the right side of the page – or sea them Here ❤

Hi Suki! Thanks for the mention. Agree with you on Moab. It’s gorgeous — scenic and spiritual.
