Max The Crystal Skull was a beautiful experience & I felt the energy from him. But I didn’t ‘hear ‘ messages the others did. Yeah yeah, I shouldn’t compare, but I was a little bummed and left out & that I’m not as receptive or tuned in as them. And that’s where I was at. But since then!? Everything feels different in subtle ways: meditation is not only deeper and more intense, but the fact that I’m actually doing it daily is huge. I’m happy. Deeply happy, trusting and grounded. A bit like Peter Gibbons in ‘Office Space’ – post hypnosis. For the first time in my life I’m not worrying about what is out of my control. But like, really truly not. Trusting. People have been saying to me for the longest time “You need to trust more, surrender, etc” and my response previously was “Oh I am! but what about money?!!” Then I had a day, walking down the road, in the sun, in Santa Monica – nothing in my external world had changed, but I knew that I was in the right place, doing the right thing – no matter how little sense it made. That my feet were touching tarmac exactly where they were supposed to be. And if I needed to be somewhere else, I’d surely know it – loud and clear. The voices were silent (those voices about being irresponsible, lazy, immature etc). The things I couldn’t do today would not get done & this was perfect. Thank you Max & John.
I was deliciously fortuitous to spend lots of lovely time with Jasmine Scalesciani & Michael Hontelé of Scope On Health. Jasmine & I did some preliminary live blood cells tests (postponed since RSF). The results are by no means conclusive – just an interesting insight into the state of my pH that day. I had not consumed green tea, yerba maté or cacao for 10 days. I love this kind of exploration & look forward to doing more!
1st tests – on arrival, post week long cleanse & 2 hours in sauna/steam rooms. Blood shows: zero signs of candida (yay! I am 1 in 50) dehydration, pH & hormonal imbalance (1st day of moon), demineralization, little movement of cells.

2nd tests – 3 tablespoons of cacao powder + water (no physical differences noticed). Blood shows: massive liver shock (crosshatch scratches), white blood cell inhibited, rouleau, anaerobic.

3rd tests – 2 x 6oz agave sweetened truffles (I was spun out! - chatterbox/shaking hand for 4 hours) Blood shows: white blood cells struggling with workload, protits (sugar) increasing with time, signs of candida, malfunction of liver, dehydration.

4th tests – green juice (more grounded, but still feeling the agave). Blood shows: hydration – less sticky, 12 x increase of white blood cells AND they were eating all the candida, liver 90% cleared up – smooth and crack free plasma, individual cells moving fast & smoothly – more oxygen (which means cheering on the little darlings like you’re watching a football match), sugar balancing out.

wow Suki, thanks for the blood info! When you say the cacao inhibited the white cells, what do you mean exactly? That there were less of them or that they were less efficient? I have a form of chronic leukemia and my white count is very high.. just love my green juicing!
come check out my blog, we have tons of friends in common, including Michael and Jasmine and Matt and Angela, and Philip too!

God, I must get a juicer- and a place to use it in!
Brilliant insights- they may not be scientifically conclusive but they certainly shed a little light on the liver lurch that cacao has given me in the past.

Wow Suki,
Blood cell analysis pics are always fascinating – but these are especially so.
I really needed to see these right now – too much cacao & agave – yikes!

Hey Suki, thanks for posting! This is very interesting… amazing to see how quick the blood changes after taking in certain foods. Very encouraging too when one wants to make changes regarding health : )
I have one question; when you did the four tests, did you do them within the same day or spread out over a few days?
Have fun wherever you are!

seems like my first reaction is the same as everyone else: ‘wow, sukz! thanks for sharing!’ indeed, thanks, ‘coz apparently I need a picture as prove. again.

Wow, this is great. Thanks for sharing. I always wanted to have my blood analyzed.
It does always sound a bit scary of what you’ll find out but it’s better to know then not to know.
Thanks,
Tanisha

Cacao: Not As Good As Youve Been Lead To Believe.
by Paul Nison
The latest and greatest so-called super food being promoted in the raw food world is raw chocolate, also known as cacao. I myself was excited when I first heard about it. But after trying it, I didn’t feel that great. I asked others how they felt after consuming cacao and there were no complaints. That was then. After a few months, I started to get more and more complaints from people who were taking cacao. It didn’t surprise me because chocolate in general is not good for us. Other than the enzyme issue, why would raw cacao be so healthy for us?
That is when I decided to do research and I found some scary facts. Whats even scarier is that people are so addicted to it, that even after learning of the high possibility of harmful effects, they keep consuming it. What concerns me the most is the amount people are eating. If someone took a pinch, lets say once a week, then maybe they wouldn’t have to worry. When I see people being lead to believe that there are many health benefits to consuming tablespoons every day; that is just crazy!
If you are eating a raw food diet because you want to find a natural toxin that will make you feel high, then you have found a good product. Beware, because there are many downsides to it. If you are eating a raw diet for health benefits, consuming chocolate in any form should be off your list and out of your mind.
In one of the best overall raw guides ever written Diet by Design: Fruits, Nuts and Natural Foods (available at http://www.rawlife.com) it says the following about cacao:
Chocolate and cacao are outright health hazards due to the chemicals, contaminants, and additives they contain. The chemicals within chocolate are called methylxanthines. They can be further classified as theobromine, caffeine, and theophylline, all of which have deleterious effects on the body. Theobromine is known to cause a host of symptoms including abnormal glandular growth, nervousness, depression, anxiety, insomnia, gastrointestinal problems, and itching. Caffeine is highly suspected of being a carcinogen, and is directly linked to heart and circulatory problems, glandular difficulties, nervous disorders, osteoporosis, birthing abnormalities, and so forth. Theophylline causes stomach problems, nausea, vomiting, and nervous disorders.
The processing of cacao beans into powder and chocolate is an unsanitary, risky procedure to say the least. To be blunt-chocolate and cacao are laced with animal feces and hair, insects, and molds. The carcinogenic mold called aflatoxin has been found in large quantities on cacao beans.
Allowable limits have been set by the FDA regarding rodent feces and insect parts in chocolate and cocoa! As quoted from Poison With a Capital C, every time you eat a chocolate bar, it may contain a rodent hair and 16 insect parts and still carry the blessing of the FDA., and For chocolate powder or cakes there must not be more than 75 insect fragments in three tablespoons of powder., and Four percent of cacao beans may be infested by insects. Animal excreta (such as visible rat droppings) must not exceed 10 milligrams per pound.
Now, after learning this information, people will still continue to indulge, making excuses to keep eating it. Please note I have no reason to write this information, other than to make you aware of the truth. In fact, I would make a lot of money if I sold raw chocolate and products that contain it. But I just cant do that, knowing the truth.
I give lectures all over the world, mostly in the United Stated. I have already giving over 100 lectures this year alone. Just about every lecture I give, I have someone come up to me telling me that they experienced one or more of the symptoms above after consuming cacao. Now if you are eating cacao and have not had symptoms, that doesnt mean its okay for you. Its just a matter of time, so why not stop now.
It is my passion and my goal to get information about health to as many people as possible. What you do with that information is your own personal choice.

Lizanne.
Thank you for sharing Paul’s work. All I can recommend is to try for yourself what suits you.
What we like today will be different for us tomorrow & next year as we grow & change.
That’s the beauty of sharing this unfolding experiment..
I love what Paul is doing, and I still love chocolate! x
