:: Love Your Liver – Flush Protocol ::

Based on the program designed by Kim Sol & Stewart BlackWolf Blaikie for the Eden Hot Springs Retreat. Stewart was doing his 69th liver flush when I was lucky enough to join them last year.

[Alternatives: I don't recommend the use of apple juice - it's too high in sugar - creates bloating, gas & a tender colon. Malic acid or OrthoPhos are great, but depending on senstitivty can cause stomach pains]

Epsom salts, whilst allowing massive release on the day – may create unbalance & dehydration following the flush – if you use it, make sure to drink lots of fluids the following day & to have an enema, colema or colonic.

Try everything & see which suits you.

Recommended Supplies:

Unpastuerised Apple Cider Vinegar (Biona in UK)

Colosan (or other oxy mag compound: OxyPowder, Homozon, OxyFlush) / Epsom Salts

Niacin (Vitamin B3)

Enema Bag / Colema Board / Colonics / Organic Coffee

Digestive Enzymes

Castor Oil Pack – oil, fabric, cling film, hot water bottle, scarf (long enough to wrap around the body & hold the pack/bottle on)

Organic Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Organic Lemons & Yellow grapefruits

Ginger & Garlic

Cayenne, Camu Camu, Fresh Turmeric Root

Preparation – 5 Days prior to flush:

Aim to reduce food intake & bring in more plant based live food – Life Food soups, salads, fruits, smoothies, juice) & refrain from eating flesh foods, dairy, grains, sugar and eggs.

Preparation – 3 Days prior to flush:

Castor Oils Packs: At least 1 x day for 2 hours.

Colonics before & after flush are valuable

Set up your enema before drinking Olive Oil and Lemon Juice

2 pm - Most Excellent time to do the flush (Chinese Liver hour is 1-3)

Olive Oil 4-14 oz (try 6oz/250ml the 1st time)

+ Lemon/Grapefruit – equal quantity as oil

Blend them together, with garlic & ginger juice – till lovely and creamy

+ optional cayenne, turmeric, camu camu powder.

Sip slowly until it’s all gone, or you hear the stop signal.

3.30 pm - Niacin Flush (optional): take right after oil blend. Rest with castor oil pack & wrap yourself warm for two hours. Remain on your right side. Sing, cuddle, breathe or draw…

Massage your liver – if you have someone else to massage you, even better.

5 pm ish – Have a Coffee Enema & take digestive enzymes.

7 pm – most likely most ’side effects’ will have passed – your eyes, skin & mind will be clearer & you’ll want to move around.

9 pm - 1T of Colosan in water + lemon juice (if you can handle more!) / Epsom Salts w/ a little grapefruit juice

CASTOR OIL – Natural Protection from Deadly Viruses
Dr David G Williams (précised)

In his readings, Edgar Cayce attributed several actions to castor oil. Most were in one way or another related to the body’s lymphatic system. However, he also alluded to the idea that castor oil has a vibrational quality that helps harmonize and promote healing within body cells. Dr. Johanna Budwig has related much of the healing properties of flax oil to its unique chemical bonds that vibrate at the same frequency as the wavelengths of sunlight. She feels the essential fatty acids in flax oil have the ability to absorb and store the energy from sunlight. Castor oil has been shown to be effective in preventing the growth of numerous species of viruses, bacteria, yeasts and molds for topical use in treating such ailments as ringworm, keratoses (non-cancerous, wart-like skin growths), skin inflammation, abrasions, fungal-infected finger and toenails, acne and chronic itching. Generally, for these conditions the area involved is simply wrapped in cloth soaked with castor oil each night, or if the area is small enough, a castor oil soaked Band-Aid can be used. (For persistent infections and those finger and toenails that have discolored and hardened, a good 10 to 20 minute soak in Epsom salts, prior to applying the castor oil, usually speeds up the healing process.)

The most exciting use deals with ways to increase topical absorption through the use of castor oil packs or poultices – though the technique is still practically unknown and shunned by most health care professionals today. This is probably due to two reasons. First, it’s just too simple. It’s hard for most people to imagine that something as simple as castor oil packs could have a profound effect on any health problem. Secondly, everybody now seems to be more concerned about how something is supposed to work, than whether it actually works at all. Numerous AIDS patients have been able to increase their T-cell counts and clear up many of their problems by using the techniques I’ll be describing. Others have found it useful in eliminating chronic problems with epilepsy, hyperactivity, liver and gallbladder diseases and chronic fluid retention.

When castor oil is absorbed through the skin, several extraordinary events take place. The lymphocyte count of the blood increases. This is a result of a positive influence on the thymus gland and/or lymphatic tissue. The flow of lymph increases throughout the body. This speeds up the removal of toxins surrounding the cells and reduces the size of swollen lymph nodes. The end result is a general overall improvement in organ function with a lessening of fatigue and depression. As toxicity is reduced, the pH of the saliva becomes less acidic, indicating improved health.

Rubbed or Massaged Directly Into the Skin:
For several conditions the oil can simply be rubbed into the skin. It can also be used as massage oil, which seems to be especially effective when applied along the spinal column. If the oil is massaged into the body, the direction of the massage should always follow the same path as the underlying lymph.

Castor Oil Packs:

One of the most useful and least utilized methods of using castor oil is to employ packs. Packs are an economical and efficient method of absorbing the healing components of castor oil directly into body tissues. To make a castor oil pack you will need the following items: cold pressed castor oil, a hot water bottle, cling film or a plastic bag or two, 1 piece of unbleached cotton (or an old towel or t-shirt).

1. Drizzle the fabric with castor oil
2. Place the oil-soaked flannel on the skin & wrap around with the cling film. Place the hot water bottle over the top & wrap with scarf to hold it in place. For general conditions the pack should be placed on the liver and/or abdomen. (For treating lower back problems, the pack can be placed there.)
3. The pack should remain in place for at least one hour and the temperature of the water bottle should be kept at the highest temperature tolerable to the patient.
4. When you remove the pack, the remaining oil can be massaged into the skin or wiped off.
5. The fabric can be reused if kept in a plastic bag or zip-loc container and placed in the refrigerator. Before using it next time let it warm up and always add another 1 or 2 tablespoons of fresh cold pressed castor oil. After 1 month of use I would recommend using new fabric.

Buying Castor Oil:

Any oil that enters your body either orally or through the skin needs to be of the highest quality. Castor oil is no different. Check your local health food store for organic cold-pressed castor oil or Indian store.

    Hi Suki,

I’ve been looking for a liver flush that doesn’t require one to ingest epsom salts, thanks. Would you be more specific regarding the Niacin Flush…dosage, etc? How do you feel about using Oxy Powder in place of Colosan? Anything else you can recommend is great…thanks!

  3. Suki Says:

Ortho Phos I haven’t been able to find in UK! Niacin flush involves getting hot & pink – all areas of your body which are stuck receive uumphed blood circulation. NB] Not something to do out in public..

Not sure of doses – follow instructions on the pot I guess.

Yes, any oxymag product will do the job

Hi Suki, I’m having trouble finding Cold Pressed Caster Oil to buy. I used to buy it from the Edgar Cayce centre but the centre seems to have closed down. Do you know of any chemist that sell the oil?

    Look forward to your response
